Kinga Földváry graduated at ELTE in 1997-98 as a teacher of English and Hungarian language and literature. She was awarded her PhD degree at the Renaissance and Baroque English Literature doctoral programme, also at ELTE, in 2005. Her PhD dissertation was dealing with Shakespeare’s Hamlet and King Lear. She started teaching at PPKE in 2003, since 2008 as a senior lecturer. Her most recent research interests include film adaptations of Shakespeare’s plays, together with twentieth century English literature. She also teaches English for Law, British and American dialects and civilisation courses.
