3D Image Processing and Stereography Research Group

The Archeological-Geospatial Laboratory and the Psychology Research laboratory share the interest in 3D Image Processing and Stereography, and their collaboration potentially creates many new opportunities for both laboratories. The emerging topics are the following: 3D modelling of archeological objects - monuments; stereographic processing of remote sensing, aerial photography and terrain models; development visualisation tools used in exhibitions; human image developing processes used for developing archeological imaging, analyzing and visualizing processes.

The location of the  3D Image Processing and Stereography Research Group is the official location of the Archeological-Geospatial Laboratory in Esztergom. The Research group uses the equipment  and personnel of the two research laboratories.

Heads of the research group are: Ilona Kovács and Balázs Major
