2019/2020 ACADEMIC YEAR, 2nd Semester

The tuition fees are entered upon activating the student status, after the closure of the registration period.

Registration period in the 2nd semester of 2019/2020: from 9:00 am on 31 January 2020 to 12:00 am on 5 February 2020.


According to our policy, the tuition fees must be paid by credit card via the Neptun system. The fees are entered by the Students’ Financial Office after the end of the registration period; the transfer can be initiated thereafter.


Request for payment in instalments or delayed payment


As stated in §37, 38 and 39 in the Rules of Reimbursements and Benefits for Students, students can request payment in instalments (instalment) or payment in a delayed deadline (moratorium). The request has to be submitted in Neptun system. The requests are evaluated by the Committee for Students’ Welfare (CSW).


The deadline for submitting the requests: 5 February 2020


Deadline for paying tuition fees:


26 February 2020


(With late payment fine: 4 March 2020)


Deadline in case of instalments or moratorium granted by CSW:


Instalment 1: 26 February 2020

Instalment 2: 31 March 2020

Instalment 3: 15 April 2020


Deadline in case of granted moratorium: 31 March 2020
