Our incoming international students for the current fall semester have been able to complete their registration and courses despite the pandemic. Those who had to stay in quarantine after arrival, were also able to complete their registration and to take up their courses during their confinement. Others were able to attend in a hybrid way, with only courses held with a limited number of students while larger lectures were held online, using different collaboration tools.

As the number of people affected by the virus has been growing both in Hungary and around the world, our university switched from the hybrid teaching system to a fully online mode, including exams, for the rest of the semester. As events and other social gatherings are strictly forbidden, our mentoring students have been an indispensable help during this time in keeping in touch with our Erasmus students and helping them navigate in the online learning platforms.
