The Department of Armenian Studies invites prospective applicants to apply for the three-year BA and two-year MA programs in History with specialization in Armenian Studies. The language of instruction is English. The program offers robust interdisciplinary training in history with a strong emphasis on Global and Armenian perspectives that prepares students for a variety of career paths including but not limited to government, international relations, academic work, education, law, librarianship, and archival work. Under the tutelage of the international faculty team, the students master Modern Eastern, Western, and Classical standards of the Armenian language and gain expertise in the current debates around national and transnational historiography, as well as in social anthropology and the literature, visual, translation, and Diaspora studies.
