Examining three novels and three different Jewish identities – Shteyngart's alter egos in different stages.

How do we form our identities? Which are the factors that have an impact on our identities? Do we have a solid, fixed identity? Or it is a fluid one in continuous change? These are the questions we will look for an answer in these novels.
