PPCU Faculty of Humanities professor emeritus, founding member of the Institute of German Studies, academic András Vizkelety celebrates his 80th birthday. His former and current colleagues, students and admirers saluted him at the Hungarian Academy of Science on October 3.

Professor Vizkelety was handed the volume titled "Ad fontes", a collection of studies compiled for this occasion by three current members of the Institute of German Studies, Klára Berzeviczy, László Jónácsik and Péter Lőkös with contributions from Gábor Sabrak. The volume includes academic publications from András Vizkelety's body of works of more than 50 years.
