A tantárgy céljának rövid ismertetése: A szeminárium célja a 17. századi európai művészet jelenségeiben, kutatási kérdéseiben való elmélyülés egy-egy műalkotást vagy művészeti jelenséget analitikusan tárgyaló, angol nyelvű szaktanulmány kritikai feldolgozásán keresztül.
