Application for 2018/2019 Chinese Government Scholarship - Bilateral Program
1. 2018/2019学年中国政府奖学金-国别双边项目的招生的具体信息可参考以下中英文网址：

2. 申请人通过中国驻匈牙利大使馆教育组申请该奖学金支持。第一步，请提供申请人简历（含详细个人情况、联系方式、教育背景、汉语水平证明等）发送至educationalchina@gmail.com。使馆教育组审核通过后，通过电子邮件向符合条件的申请者颁发中国政府奖学金资助证明。
Apply for Chinese Government Scholarship through the Education Section, Embassy of P.R. China. Firstly, please attach a CV/resume (personal data, contact details, educational background, etc.) via email to educationalchina@gmail.com. After review of the applications, the Embassy will send the qualified applicants the Award Letters for Chinese Government Scholarship by email.
3. 第二步，申请者持奖学金资助证明自行与中国奖学金院校联系，申请获得院校颁发的预录取通知书。具体录取要求请联络各院校。
Secondly, apply for pre-admission letter from Chinese higher education institutions. Please contact higher education institutions entitled to admitted Chinese Government Scholarship students that you choose to study at and send them Award Letter for Chinese Government Scholarship. You may contact the universities to acquire specific requirements for admission.
4. 中国各院校专业请具体查阅http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua 或 http://www.campuschina.org 。按照大学所在省份搜索院校及专业。英文授课专业也可直接查询国际课程列表。
注意：带" * " 专业为中国政府奖学金可申请专业
By visiting http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org can help you find the detailed information about programs and universities. The programs and universities can be searched according to provinces in China. You also can find programs conducted in English on the lists of International Programs.
Attention：Starred programs are entitled to admit Chinese Government Scholarship students
5. 申请人在中国国家留学基金委网上招生系统（http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina或 http://www.campuschina.org）注册并填写网上申请。机构代码为3481，具体可参考附件：中国政府奖学金信息系统使用指南。如果已获多份预录取通知书，应在注册时确定一所拟就读院校。
Register at http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina or http://www.campuschina.org. Finish online application. The agency number is 3481, and instructions could be referred to the attachment: Instructions of the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System. If more than one conditional offer has been received, choose one university that you are going to study.
6. 2017年中国政府奖学金信息系统升级后，所有申请材料需要在信息系统在线提交电子版。申请人仍需同时提交纸质申请材料。申请人于2018年4月前完成网上申请，2018年4月10日前将纸质申请材料（含预录取通知书）提交使馆教育组或Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship。使馆教育组地址：Education Section of the Embassy of P.R. China, 1068 Budapest，Rippl Rónai utca 2, 2/20, Hungary 。
Since the information system has been updated in 2017, the application documents should be submitted online electronically. Applicants also should submit paper documents of application materials at the same time. Applicants should finish the online application before April, 2018 and deliver the paper documents to the Embassy or Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship before April 10th, 2018. 7. 留学基金委将于2018年七月将《奖学金录取名单》告知使馆，并通过使馆将《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201表）发给奖学金获得者。
CSC will inform the Embassy the List of Scholarship Recipients in July 2018
and send the Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for Study in China
(JW201) to the accepted candidates through the Embassy.
