Az est témája: Dream and Dare: Working and Leading in a Multi-Cultural Environment

In a globalized world, workplaces are increasingly interdependent, and they face the risk of volatility due to unpredictable economic and political developments and cultural clashes. In such an environment, mitigating the risks and managing cultural differences is key to success. The lecture will focus on the main features of workplace culture in the East and the West; how to take advantage of a multicultural environment for the benefit of organizational performance; and what attitudes, skills and tools one needs to lead teams and manage his/her own career successfully.

A kutatócsoport célja a mai Távol-Kelettel foglalkozó kutatók összefogása, kutatásuk és kapcsolataik támogatása szakmai rendezvények szervezésével, fórumok biztosításával, műhelykiadványok megjelentetésével.
