The implementation of the "One Country, Two Systems" policy

Mr Jasper Yok-sing TSANG, the President of the Legislative Council (the legislature of HKSAR), will give a lecture on his experience and insight of the political and social development in Hong Kong and the implementation of the "One Country, Two Systems" policy in the past 18 years.

Mr Tsang is one of the founders of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of Hong Kong, one of the major political parties in Hong Kong, and has been a member of our legislature since 1996.
